What we collect

Contact-form fields (name, email, optional topic, message). Enrolment records (billing contact, programme chosen). Technical logs such as IP address and user agent when required to keep the site secure. Cookie preference stored locally in your browser as described on cookies.

Why we process it

To reply to enquiries, to deliver tuition, to meet UK legal accounting duties, and — only if you accept analytics cookies — to see which public pages are read. Legitimate interests cover security logs. Contract covers enrolment. Consent covers optional analytics.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept for 18 months after the last reply unless a contract follows. Invoices and enrolment records are kept for six years after the tax year they relate to. Critique notes attached to a student folder are kept for 24 months after the cohort ends, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We will not charge for a reasonable request.

International transfers

We use email and document tools that may store copies in the European Economic Area or in the United States. Where a transfer leaves the UK we rely on the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where a supplier is listed, or on standard contractual clauses plus a transfer assessment.

Teaching corpora

Session libraries used in class are either your organisation’s data (you remain controller) or our anonymised corpus collected under recorded consent. We do not mix those stores.
